• You must have a valid telephone number that we can contact you on, before we will deliver.
• We DO NOT offer a ‘timed delivery service’, and can only specify the time of delivery to within any given 9-hour period (that is, between 0830 and 1730, Monday to Friday). Therefore, whilst our staff will be helpful in seeking to obtain an Estimated Time of Arrival from our third party courier should you request such, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that this will be possible in every circumstance. Estimated Time of Arrival is NEVER available on Next Day Delivery orders.
  
• Goods are guaranteed to be free from major manufacturing defects upon delivery.
• Unwrapped goods are non returnable. Please be aware all 2ft6 mattresses and divan bases come in bags labelled as 3ft
• We cannot accept responsibility for damages incurred to your home or property during the fulfilment of your order, due to our employ of a third party courier.
• All deliveries are a one man ‘to the door step’ service. You will be responsible for carrying the beds into your property.
• All goods remain the property of Beds 2U until full payment is received.
• Pictures may not exactly match received goods.

Cancellations

If you order incorrectly and you are unable to take delivery, you will incurr all transportation & storage costs accumilated by us. We do not refund non-regular items. Customers are responsible for the arrangement and expense of returns for any other reason.

Returns

We do not accept returns, except when goods are seriously damaged in transit or a manufacturing defect becomes apparent. Customers are responsible for the arrangement and expense of returns for any other reason.

Refunds

We will refund you by cheque, once returned goods have been received and inspected.

Beds 2U will quote for delivery for anywhere in the world for 50+ beds.
